IT solutions get built, not just planned.
IT Development covers two situations: renovating an existing IT environment into something that actually works, or building a new solution when nothing suitable exists. I don't sell one vendor's products. I build what fits your situation.
Tell us what you need →Two modes of IT development
IT environment renovation
Your current environment doesn't serve the business. It slows it down. We take control: devices, accounts, collaboration tools, security, backup, documentation. The whole environment sorted out with the right tools, without vendor lock-in.
Custom software development
When no off-the-shelf solution exists or fits. We build what's needed: an application, integration, tool, or system, for your processes, your users. Tell us what you need to build and we'll scope it together.
What IT Development can include
Device and user management
Endpoints and accounts in centralized management: remotely, securely, scalably. Intune, Linux + Ansible, or hybrid.
Communication and collaboration
Email, messaging, video and file sharing sorted out. M365, Nextcloud, Element (Matrix), whatever fits.
Reliable connectivity
Backup connection that switches on automatically. Work and payment terminals don't stop.
Security foundation
MFA for everyone, endpoint protection in place, basic monitoring active. Platform-independent.
Custom applications
When existing SaaS isn't enough or locks you in. We build an application or integration that does exactly what you need, nothing more.
Documentation
Everything that was done and why. You know what's in your environment and how it works. No black boxes.
Examples: same need, different solutions
The right solution isn't always the most expensive, or the cheapest. It's the one that fits your situation.
Who is IT Development for?
Outdated infrastructure slowing work down
Systems aren't serving the business. They're slowing it down. Time to update them.
Hybrid mess: some cloud, some not
Some tools here, some there. Integrations don't work together. Management is chaos.
A need no existing SaaS fills
Available solutions are too generic or lock you into a vendor. Something needs to be built.
Growth that has outpaced IT
The company grew. IT didn't. Licenses and management don't scale.
For major changes, we start with a Proof of Concept
A large IT project is always a risk. Before committing to months of implementation, we build a small working version, prove it works in your environment. Then decide whether to continue. The PoC is free.
If the PoC shows the planned solution won't work, that's valuable information. Better to learn it at this stage than later at full cost.
How we proceed
Start with a health check or a conversation
For renovation projects: a clear picture of the current state, where we're starting from, and what the priorities are. For development projects: tell us what you need to build and we'll assess what it requires.
Plan the implementation
What gets done, with which tools, in what order. Realistic timeline and cost estimate. For larger projects: PoC before commitment.
Implement in a controlled way
Without downtime and without unnecessary drama. Testing, rollout, validation. Any code or configuration built stays with you.
Document and hand over
Clear documentation for your team. You know how to manage it going forward, no dependency on me.
Natural next step after IT Health Check
A health check reveals what needs to be fixed or built. IT Development is the phase where it gets done permanently. After the development work, Technical Partner keeps everything in order going forward.
IT Development can also be engaged independently, you just need a sufficient picture of the current state and the desired outcome.
Let's talk.
